Forward-looking descriptions
Descriptions of intended programs, governance arrangements and operating practices describe present intentions. They are subject to change based on the advice of counsel, the requirements of the Internal Revenue Service and applicable regulators, and the decisions of the Foundation's board. We distinguish between what the Foundation believes, what it is currently doing, what it plans to explore, and what has actually been demonstrated.
Tax status
Flourishing Futures Foundation is a U.S. nonprofit organization that has applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. That application is pending. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that recognition has been granted or that any contribution is tax deductible.
